You are adorable!! I did NOT dress very cute when I was pregnant. Maternity clothes have come a long way. Keep posting pictures, I want to see them!

You look great! Care to comment on where to get post-maternity clothes? I'm (ahem...) still a little ashamed to admit that I'm wearing maternity pants and would love to find some regular pants that fit, but since we don't have large malls around here, I wonder if there are certain brands that are more mommy-friendly. That and nursing-friendly shirts. The two shirts I got at Motherhood Maternity are actually more of a hinderance than a help. Plus they still make me look pregnant. Oi. My fashion sense (or lack thereof) really stinks!

Pam, I had the same problem after having Blake and didn't really find any specific brand or store that was helpful to me. I was always struggling to find the right clothes that would fit me and looking back, I think my problem was shopping at the stores I used to before I ever got pregnant. Its hard accepting a new body shape! I've heard Gap makes really great fitting jeans and I know now that mid waist jeans are far more flattering (and tummy tucking) than any of the low waisted styles that I used to wear. I also wish I had some good nursing tops, that is something I never got into because the ones I did find at MM were ugly/plain/and expensive! I really need to invest in a few nursing tops this time around. Sarah had sent me a link to a website that sold great tops a while ago but the prices were a bit high. Maybe I need to bite the bullet and just get a few that I can use for wearing out in public.

What I ended up doing a lot of times was either layering tops (like a regular top over a nursing tank) so that I wouldn't be exposed while I lifted up the top shirt or wearing a cardigan over a top so I could have some back/front coverage while I nursed. Looser fitting tops that still made me feel good were great for tummy coverage and for ease in nursing.

You are so cute and stylish! I still struggle with my fashion sometimes. I feel like some of the stylists that come in here are super trendy and stylish and I want to be like them, just not spend any money to add to my wardrobe right now! I have thrown a few cute things together and Sam has actually helped me "experiment" as he puts it but I wish my outfits could be stylish every day, not just once in a while. Wish I still had my favorite chic girl around to give me advice!
